Details of The Registration Fees

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

2. Regular registration fees for EMER 2026 is 485 USD / 3400 CNY per paper.

3. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 45 USD / 300 CNY.

4. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

5. The registration fee does not include:  ① Accommodation  ② Visa application fee   ③ Transportation fare.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

Remarks

1. The registration fee for each article includes a free attendance quota. The author does not need to pay additional fees to participate in the meeting, and other authors or accompanying personnel can be registered as listeners.

2. Each article registration fee includes a paper version of the conference proceedings;

3. Multiple submissions can be discounted, consult the conference secretariat.

4. For those papers that have been hired and completed registration, 30 % of the processing fee will be deducted if they need to apply for withdrawal.
