Xianbin Liu, male, Ph.D., is the director of Tianjin Marine Environmental Protection, Restoration and Technology Engineering Center, the director of Estuarine-Marine Environment and Ecology Laboratory, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Environmental Science and Engineering of the Ministry of Education, a special expert of the Environmental Impact Assessment Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, a special expert of the Marine Consultation Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the leader and head of the key disciplines of environmental science and engineering in Tianjin in the 13th five-year plan, and the head of the discipline group of offshore marine environment characteristics of ordinary higher education institutions in Tianjin in the 13th five-year plan.
